EULA - End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement For Code Assets v1.02 Free Version.

This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an
individual or a single entity) and Awake Software for the use of
Code Assets Free Version 1.0 ("SOFTWARE" or "SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

LICENSE GRANT

This agreement gives you the following rights:

- You may use the SOFTWARE for an unlimited time.

- You may redistribute the SOFTWARE as long as you distribute
the whole installation package as you received it.

LIMITATIONS

- You may not reverse engineer, dissassemble or decompile the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such
activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
notwithstanding this limitation.

- This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is fully functional as compared with
the Standard version except for the following two limitations.
1. It can have access to only 4 repositories at a time
2. It will not add new assets to a repository or allow editing
of assets in a repository that has 40 or more assets included
already.
You are free to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT as long as you wish
under these two limitations. These limitations are removed
when you purchase the Standard Version upgrade.

- Awake Software may terminate this license agreement if you
fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

- All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
are owned by Awake Software or its suppliers. However, you
may make as many copies of this version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
as you wish as long as you redistribute the entire installation
package.

- No direct PRODUCT support is promised for the free version of
this product. However, Awake Software welcomes any comments or
suggestions and welcomes participation in the online forums at
www.codeassets.com/support/ for all users. Comments and
suggestions can be sent to support@codeassets.com. Upgrading to
the Standard version will provide unlimited technical support
via email.

EXPORT NOTICE

You agree that you will not export or re-export these products to any
country, person, entity or end user subject to U.S.A. export restrictions.
Restricted countries currently include, but are not necessarily limited
to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Syria and Afghanistan. You warrant
and represent that neither the U.S.A. Bureau of Export Administration nor
any other federal agency has suspended, revoked or denied your export
privileges.
